With over 15 years of experience in commercial banking and real estate finance, Jasdeep Sidhu brings a wealth of expertise in both lending and development to his role as Director of Finance.

His career spans leadership positions at Canadian Western Bank, CMLS, Qualico, and RBC, where he has consistently delivered strategic financial solutions across diversified lending specialities (transportation, manufacturing, North of 60, Indigenous, construction and land development).

Jasdeep has successfully arranged financing for approximately 2,000 acres of land, 6,000 lots, 2,500 multi-family units, and over 1 million square feet of commercial space. He has completed more than 170 transactions totaling over $2.6 billion in funding.

His experience includes structuring bilateral and syndicated loans, managing relationships with lenders, and advising cross-functional teams on financial strategy and capital planning. A graduate of the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce (Honours), Jasdeep is also a recognized leader in the industry, having been a finalist for the Canadian Real Estate Outstanding Young Leaders Award.

He is a passionate mentor and community volunteer, with past volunteer experience at Habitat for Humanity, the United Way, and former board member of the Risk Management Association, Manitoba chapter as well as Co-Founder of the RMA Young Professionals Association, Manitoba chapter.
